John Huston successfully completes trek to the North Pole
John Huston, 2008 IAS Annual Meeting’s guest speaker and
polar explorer, and his partner, Tyler Fish, become the first
Americans to complete an unsupported 55 day ski trek to the North Pole.
Forward Expeditions, LLC has announced that John and Tyler Fish reached the North Pole on April 25th, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. CST. Many believe this is the hardest trek on the plant.
The IAS congratulates both John and Tyler on their historic accomplishment.
